Order Processing & Dispatch Schedule
At REVORA, each order is individually curated, quality-inspected, and packaged with signature atelier standards. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM IST are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day. For bespoke personalized items (such as monogrammed leather goods or custom-engraved corporate hampers), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for precision artisan craftsmanship.

Real-Time Tracking & Signature Confirmation
As soon as your package departs our fulfillment atelier, you will receive an automated notification via Email & SMS containing your live tracking link and estimated delivery hour.
For security reasons on luxury consignments, packages with a value exceeding ₹10,000 require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are not available, the courier will reattempt delivery up to 3 times before holding the package at your local depot.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Every REVORA consignment is 100% insured in transit. In the rare event that your package arrives with exterior carton damage, missing items, or delays in transit, please alert our Concierge Team within 48 hours of delivery.
We will immediately dispatch a priority replacement or issue an instant resolution with zero dispute overhead.
